Why Eating Chocolate Makes the World a Better Place

Today, I want to talk about something that is near and dear to all of our hearts.
Chocolate.
The smooth, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth-gloriousness of this delicacy is almost indescribable. The deep and strong flavor of cocoa mixes with the full creaminess of milk and the sweet temperament of sugar to create an explosion of sensation on the tongue.
The Mind Lab, a scientific research facility, did an experiment where they studied the pleasurable affect eating chocolate has on people. The results showed that eating chocolate heightened subjects’ heart rates and increased pleasure sensations in the brain more than passionate kissing.
This little known, but often experienced fact can be applied in many ways, not the least of which is eating chocolate ourselves. The happiness a single person gains from eating a chocolate bar can be multiplied ten fold as they pass it on to others.
Consider a woman who eats a chocolate bar at work.  She feels happy, so she compliments one of her coworkers, that coworker feels happy, so she gives a homeless person food, that homeless person feels happy, so they return a commuter’s dropped wallet, that commuter feels happy, so he cooks dinner for his wife, that wife feels happy so she…… And the ripple goes on.
Chocolate makes people happy, happy people make for a happy world, so we can make the world happier by eating chocolate.
Go out and get yourself a chocolate bar. The world will thank you for it.
